Dear Mr. Kesler:
I recently learned about your Facebook page and took a few minutes to review it. I found it quite disturbing.
I understand that you lost an election to Rep. John Fitzpatrick in 2024. It also appears that you have a fanatical obsession with Mr. Fitzpatrick’s residence or dwellings irrespective of where he actually lives.
You are falsely promoting the notion that he lives in Helena. He doesn’t. He lives at Georgetown Lake although he owns property in Helena. I know this because the property he owns is adjacent to my own – which is the reason for my correspondence. First, I have lived on 8th avenue for 12 years and am acutely aware that Mr. Fitzpatrick resides at Georgetown Lake. I know this because I mow and water his lawn all summer. Without my attention, his property would be entirely lifeless.
Upon review of your Facebook page I was made aware that you posed a photograph of my house alleging that was, in fact, Mr. Fitzpatrick’s house. I can assure you it is not. Those are my flowers, my trees, and my long hours of landscaping to keep my property and my neighborhood beautiful and inviting to others. This is the home I raise my family in and I am concerned that your showcasing of my address could bring unwanted attention where it does not belong.
From what I have seen on your Facebook posts I am surprised you photographed my house since you have so many other references to Mr. Fitzpatrick’s supposed residence, there should not be any confusion. Perhaps you thought that by highlighting my dedicated landscaping efforts and upkeep you could sway individuals that Mr. Fitzpatrick must reside there and must remain there constantly in order to keep the grounds maintained. That is not the case.
I am writing to insist that you remove the photograph of my home which you have
misrepresented as Fitzpatrick’s and to do so immediately. I have no desire to run the risk of
having my home vandalized or children threatened by some misguided individual that is moved by your manipulative posts. If the photograph is not removed in the next few days, I will seek all legal redress available to me.
